Twitter users have loads of complaints. The site crashes all the time, the FAIL Whale is annoying and the Trending Topics list is often filled with spam. Mark Logan, Twitter’s spokesman, has made a video to address all of these concerns. Check out the funny video above. You’ll see why customer service isn’t Twitter’s strong suit.
